Sending System Info

Issues can often be resolved more quickly by including details of your system configuration with your inquiry. To compose a message that includes your system configuration:

  1. 1.Launch the FxFactory application, located in the Applications folder

  2. 2.Select the “Contact Tech Support...” command under the “Help” menu:

Support Alert: A conflict with After Effects and Snow Leopard (Mac OS X 10.6) currently prevents FxFactory plugins from working in After Effects on the Snow Leopard OS.   Final Cut Pro & Motion seem to be unaffected.
